Guests may be asked, depending on the itinerary, to bring cash in yen for temple admission, transportation, and meals. Please refer to each tour page for specific amounts.

In addition, internet connection and other communication costs incurred when accessing our platform are the responsibility of the user. For details regarding these costs, users are advised to contact their internet service provider or mobile phone carrier.

Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy stated on each experience page.

For our current domestic day-trip tours, the maximum refund applies more than 10 days before the tour date, followed by 80% from 10 days prior, 70% from 7 days prior, 60% on the previous day, and 50% before the scheduled start time on the tour date. No refund is available after the scheduled start time or in the case of no-show.

If we cancel for reasons attributable to us, we return the full amount paid. Transitional terms recorded with an existing reservation take precedence. External-platform bookings follow that platform's terms.
